There Is No Me without You
I just finished the book with the title's title, and I suggest that everyone read it. It doesn't only have to do with adoption or Ethiopia, but with "the West" and our responsibilities. It is so well written that you barely even know that you're getting a history lesson. Two thumbs up.

Could you email me and let me know what this book is about? The title is actually tear jerking in itself. I keep thinking I want to adopt again, but realistically, 4 children has me on overload!!! Oh, and you have probably heard of this book, or maybe I mentioned it before, but Shepherding a Child's Heart is an excellent book on childrearing and I am always struck by the tenderness the author has toward children, even in a discipline sense.
