In the current issue of (my favorite) Cooking Light, Ethiopia is highlighted. How timely, no? The first time that I saw Marcus Samuelsson, I just knew that he was Ethiopian... and after turning some pages, I learned that he indeed is. If you click here, you will go to the website. For ease, some of the Ethiopian recipes are: Fresh Cheese with Herbs, Teff Injera Bread with...
